Dive Team
"The purpose of the Missouri State Water Patrol Dive Team is to assist in the investigations and the recovery of victims and criminal evidence."
Every year, members of the Water Patrol Dive Team conduct an average of 55 dive operations to recover drowning or boating accident victims, or to recover criminal evidence in felony cases. Dive team members are fully trained for dive operations in lakes, rivers, ponds, etc. In 2006, Water Patrol divers logged 2,520 hours for dive operations.
